Privacy Policy

Postpilot is a social media management workspace operated by Postpilot. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our website and dashboard.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name and email address, workspace settings, content you create, connected social account identifiers, and technical information needed to keep the service secure.
Google and Gmail connections
When you connect Google or Gmail, Postpilot requests only the permissions shown in Google’s consent screen. We use the information to authenticate your account, synchronize email when you request it, and provide email features inside your workspace. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted in our database and are not sold or shared for advertising.
You can disconnect Google or Gmail at any time from Settings → Social accounts. Disconnecting stops future access; you may also revoke Postpilot from your Google Account security settings.
How we use information
- Provide and personalize the Postpilot workspace.
- Store drafts, scheduled posts, media, and workspace data.
- Synchronize connected services only to provide the feature you enabled.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important service updates.
Data retention and deletion
You may disconnect integrations, delete content from the dashboard, or request account and data deletion by contacting us. We will process deletion requests subject to legal, security, and accounting requirements.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted credentials, and reasonable technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
