These Terms of Service govern your use of Postpilot, a social media management workspace for agencies, brands, creators, and their teams. By creating an account or using Postpilot, you agree to these terms.

Using Postpilot

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business and personal purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your team members have appropriate access.

Content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Postpilot permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the workspace features you request. When you connect a social, email, or other third-party account, you authorize Postpilot to perform the actions shown during that provider’s authorization flow.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for content, media, recipients, and accounts connected to Postpilot. You must follow the rules of each connected platform.

Scheduled publishing

Postpilot may save and process scheduled content for delivery to connected platforms. Delivery can be affected by provider outages, rate limits, expired authorization, content restrictions, or network failures. We do not guarantee that every scheduled post will be published successfully.

Prohibited use

You may not use Postpilot to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, abuse connected platforms, bypass security controls, or send unauthorized communications.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may change independently.

Termination

You may stop using Postpilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, security risks, non-payment, or violation of these terms. Data deletion requests are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
